OMG... that dumbbell looked really heavy and you are getting good arm muscles too!

Don't suppose you fancy doing a short video showing me how to do squats and lunges do you?  Would I be able to do them leaning against a wall or on my bed or anything like that?  It's just that my legs aren't very strong and I walk with a quad cane everywhere!

thanks, yeah the dumbbell is fairly heavy, 20kg, I have some video on youtube showing how to do squats and lunges check them out,
here is a video for assisted squats, same principle would work for lunges too

OMG!  I don't know how you even lifted it up let alone exercised with it... don't suppose you fancy coming over and helping me carry a 6kg bag of vet food into the kitchen tomorrow or Tuesday do you?    ;)

I'm going to give the squats and lunges a go tonight, that way my legs can recover while I'm asleep!  lol

when i started getting back to exercising, i started off with 10kg, after 6-12 i felt strong enough to move onto a set of heavier 20 kg weights, i'm planning on moving up in jan 2017 to 30 maybe 40kgs,

!!!  Just take it slowly and introduce smaller weights first so that it's not a painful transition for your body is all!

Looking good, Jali!

Daft question, but why do you punch the air in front of you after the star jumps... or is that the jabs bit?
