You could have fibromyalgia. I had all those symptoms and tests kept coming back negative. Eventually they told me I have fibromyalgia. I get ups and downs. Last year I thought I was completely better but just lately it has started getting really bad again .... and that leads to depression. The tiredness, pain and the not sleeping is really tough. I feel for you, I really do, and if I can be of any help (just a listening ear) then please do get in touch.

I have looked into fibromyalgia, and my symptoms are very similar. At first my doctor thought I might have ME but now she is saying its just stress. I'm hoping to see a different GP soon and get a second opinion xx
