Anything sweet and full of carbohydrates but I do try hard to avoid them as the huge swings in blood sugar they produce makes my highs and lows much more extreme, when I'm being good I go for hot soya milk with stevia to sweeten it (no sugar at all in stevia)

basically i was told to avoid caffeine, chocolate and sugar.  chocolate allergy helps with one of them but sadly my diet for a long time was coke, seeds and sherbet. i am slowly improving my diet again though
If you think things can't get worse it's probably only because you lack sufficient imagination.

food is my enemy, I love it but it makes me sooo depressed so I have to get it out.
I just want a normal relationship with food so I can enjoy the wonders of my dads french toast and mums home cooked dinners.
