Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.

For me, it's the XL bacon double cheeseburger from burger king, when my depression is at a low point I crave that like you wouldn't believe! Had it three times this week, don't know how I still lost weight at fat club! Oh god I want one now...

When I'm low, it's cheese and bread.

Lots of pasta and Italian, smothered in cheese. Also, CHIPS and cheese, potato and cheese, cheese on toast, etc.

If it's food, and it's bad for me, then it ends up in my stomach! Michael - The world's worst diabetic, and  the single cause of the world's food shortage.

My absolute favourite is spaghetti with butter & salt. Quite plain, but moreish!
Obviously *fantastic* in providing me with my 5-a-day! Haha!

"Food Glorious food" was very naughty this week, and ordered a take away curry the other night, craved chips like mad,...it arrived, we ate, most of the chips stayed in the bag, great while hot, OK while warm, yucky when cooling, the curry was OK, poppadums crunchy and nice, Nan bread meh!, back to my usual diet now, lots of fresh veg, lots of Yogurt, lean meat and low fat ,.....I now prefer my own Oven chips, and a big helping of Cottage Pie,mmmmnnnnnn,.drool!.
