It's okay Michael...think people have had heard enough from me now anyway.  Worse off people than me.

Half the stuff in my kitchen got smashed up before I turned to more masochistic ways of dealing, it was just never enough!

Haven't slept for 4 days...and had a panic attack right in the middle of the doctors surgery today!!!  Go me!!!

Sorry so tired

Take care xx

Dear cat69, It's often easy to say that other people are worse of than yourself, but it's like there are sirens in your head, and you shouldn't try to minimize that. If posting about it helps at all, please let us all know how things are going. I promise that nobody to my knowledge is putting up a league table of whose problems are worse. It's YOU that's important here, and all the forums are a good place to find that others have similar experiences and problems, and they can post about how they are dealing with this.  *() These forums are the one place where I've NEVER heard of anybody saying, " That's enough. Go away now." I hope that you manage to get some sleep tonight. Best wishes, always.

Cat,

If you haven't slept for 4 days you are obviously going to be in a desperate place. Obviously your kids are the most important thing in the world and you need to be continue to exist for them. But in just posting a few things here there are strangers who already think you seem like a wonderful person and we are all here to support you. Please stay safe, alive and we will try to help you. PM if you want, I will be there.

H xx

Hey, thanx for your lovely words  =+- %^%

Not sure what to say...feeling a bit numb...but monday night I did get the best nights sleep I'd had in months and in my own bed too...even made my daughter a cooked brekkie the next morning! lol
Think it was purely, cos I'd had no sleep all weekend, felt very hyper, but when I went to my docs appt on monday,  I got there they told me he had phoned in sick.  They had called apparently, I did get one missed call early, (I dont answer the phone these days), they never left a message either.

I said my meds and sick note ran out that day, and they asked me to come back at 5...I couldn't make that journey again, was already stressed about the 45 minute bus trip I'd just made! So they asked what meds i needed and i didn't know what my doc had planned, so i didn't know....shaking by that point they said I should see a doctor and to come back later...so this pushed me into a full blown panic attack right in the middle of the surgery!!!!  They were lovely and put me in a room so i could wait for one of the docs to squeeze me in ...an hour later, and the doc who saw me...was really lovely!!  Couldn't talk about what I needed to cos I was still shaking and had a brain like swiss cheese...but it was all done thankfully, and she didn't make me feel like a fool...so it helped me calm down!

As soon as I had put my daughter to bed I flopped in mine fully clothed, wasn't expecting to sleep but the day had been a weeks worth of stress! So I was oout like a light!

Unfortunately, back on the sofa now....have got about 2 hours sleep..and not feeling too  bad so far...just numb, but getting the odd smile out there...and still waiting for the end to come...but doing ok today!!!!

Sorry if it's a bit garbled, taken me over half hour to type! lol tried to edit it, to help it make more sense.

Thank you michael, hope you are doing great today?? *()

And thanx hopeful..think my email adress is available to see on my profile if you or anyone wants to get in touch too  *()

Hi.  +-_ You've got an awful lot going on! I'm glad that you managed to get a full night's sleep. It sounds like the visit to the doctor could have been really horrible, but the doctor who saw you sounds like she understood the pressure of it all, and the staff seem to have been understanding too. Well done you, for getting through it OK.  $%$. Everything's fine here, thanks for asking. You, take care of yourself, and let us all know how it's going. Best wishes.
