Well, I had my second meeting yesterday….

He was very surprised by my attitude change, and what I’ve done in a week.. :lol:

I just told him that speaking to someone and saying things out loud made me realise what a f***g waster I sounded like, so I had a good talk with myself…. i.e. said that’s enough.

So we discussed a bit more about me, then I had to think about all the positive attributes I have… I was asked more questions, which in turn meant we could list more… actually got pretty long! ;)

I’ve always said this is a mind control thing, and I control my mind not the other way about…

I also believe your thoughts become your actions…

I guess I just allowed bad things to control me… I need to turn them off, and get back to be what I used to be.

No harder than that….

You control your brain, not the other way about.
