Yh that's what I feel like then you have wait till the follwing week I recon they should let you make and extended appointment sometimes x

Hi..... Yes, I agree about the 50 min counselling thing.  I've been in sessions before when I've been in tears and right in the middle of an issue , when the counselor has looked at their watch then called time.  It's one of their golden rules....never go over an hour.  I usually find I do more soul searching after a therapy session.  writing is a great way to carry it forward.

Writing is a great way! I agree with you completely Catb :)

Or even putting thoughts onto a computer. I like doing that because I think, when I'm better I'll look back over all this and be so proud that I beat depression! And hopefully help others in the future

its been a while since i last posted and things haven't changed i feel worse if anything.
ive stopped going to counselling and i am going seeing a physcologist instead.
i really don't feel very well tonight i have just taken out a £400 overdraft on my account to gamble ive not a clue how i am going to pay it back i feel like i just want to end it all ive had enough !

Sorry to hear that.  Do you think gambling is part of your problem?  You must be worried sick over paying back.
