ive JUST after years of random labels put on me such as a number of personality disorders, servere depression etc etc now been said to have 'unstable emotional personality disorder'..

What the hell?? it just makes me sound like an attention seeker! im sure it does..
however from what i have looked up online its the new name for borderline personality disorder.. is this so??

I currently attend a day hospital at the moment for my mental health, so maybe can discuss it more this week, but I dont like talking.. and asking what appears to be stupid questions..

i dont know what to think about anything anymore,
I know im down, numb, confused and just do not want to feel like this, this pain anymore.. the only way I can see is ending my life, I hate that feeling..
