Thanks shaz and smirfy and Buttercup xx

Smirfy, head of pastoral care does know about everything that's going on, he works in partnership with head of house but she always speaks to me and deals with the issues.

I don't think we actually have a school nurse, and if we do I have know idea who it is. I know this might sound a bit unbelievable but I have only ever been to the medical room once!

I'm hoping that head of house has heard back from CAMHS tomorrow and will approach me first, make it a bit easier xx

Thanks Ruth x

Didn't get to speak to head of house, kind of hard to see anyone when your in an art exam all day. Went to her office at the end of day to give her a note and her office was locked and I had no paper >:(
Looks like I will have to wait until monday :(

Thanks Shaz, and the art exam was fine, boring but fine x

This is going to seem a bit of an odd question but would you class this as fainting? So I feel dizzy and lightheaded and then I just feel this weird kind of not real sensation and I feel fuzzy and like I can't see properly and I have no sense of where I am , and then I sort of lose balance a bit and stumble but not really bad. Would you class that as fainting? I was explaining to my friend that that is how I feel when I think I am going to pass out and she said that she would say that it actually fainting but I'm not sure :-\

I've always thought of fainting as actually collapsing and being unconscious for a moment or more but I know the feeling you mean and if I get the sensation I'd say "I feel faint" so not quite sure IceLolly

This might help IceLolly  http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/Fainting/Pages/Introduction.aspx

I have only ever fainted once, I went really light headed and then really hot and do not remember anything else, as I went down then.

But I suppose you can feel faint and not actually collapse.

Sorry but that's all I know  :(.

I've always considered fainting as actually collapsing. I have fainted once and had the exact same symptoms as Shaz.

I do think that your GP needs to know about this ASAP

Thanks everyone x

That's what I thought, that fainting is when you actually collapse and end up flat out on the floor but my friend argued this could be classed as a 'type' of fainting. Personally I'm not so sure I agree with her.

Buttercup, my GP probably isn't going to be that worried about it. She's got all that blood work which is fairly recent and my symptoms are the same as they were back in september, she will no doubt put it down to me being so tired and stressed :(

I still want to see her about it though, unfortunately nothing I can do about it now until monday but I am trying really hard to sort it x
