I know i need to if I was to faint at school my head of house would have me sent straight to hospital because she knows that I am ill but that no one knows what is wrong with me so maybe its a good thing that I have to go to school even though I am feeling really unwell.

Could you write a note to your head of year and leave it in her office, asking is it possible for her to find you and so you can tell her what is going on.  You really can't go on like this  &*(.

I could do actually. I know I need to get this sorted but I just feel kind of weird going to her office and telling her my symptoms, she isn't a doctor after all.

I am really worried for your health Icelolly and it concerns me that you are not getting the help you need, have you managed to talk to anyone at school yet? I had a thought earlier on could you get the head of pastoral care at school involved or the school nurse and ask them to make a doctors appointment for you.
have you been to the school nurse since this all started? if you are at a boarding school they are often able to get a doctor to come into school to talk to you so that you don't have to go to them.
