Memoir about major depression

Morning all

I've never read a memoir in my life before this one, so started reading it with an open mind.  It was brilliant!  It's about a son struggling to cope with major depression from childhood and I've never read anything that helped me feel so much less alone in my life so far!

Pip approved these two links for the book and my review in case you want my thoughts on it before you buy it... I definitely recommend you do though - it's truly fantastic!
