Hi Pete
I find it hard to keep up the pretence, a friend asked me if I was ok last night as I must have been leaning on my hand looking glum, sometimes I haven't the strength to pretend I feel ok,I do force a smile.  ;D
Hope things keep improving

When I was younger my Aunt said to my Mum "She's 13, what does she have to be depressed about?!" and her suggestion was to not let me go horse riding as that would stop it all. Since then I've refused to justify my depression when people act like that. Depression is not something we choose to have, it doesn't need a great feature film story of explanation. It takes enough bravery and strength to admit to ourselves that we have it sometimes, there's no need to try and justify it to anybody else  &*(
