ive made a few attempts and been stopped or unsuccessful and extremely painful. its a very hard thing to do and something that you need to talk to some one about

please phone the samaritans, or even call 999 when you get those feelings,  its terrible wishing to die or wanting to end it all but I found that there was eventually light at the end of the tunnel and it is possible to feel better with lots of help xx

I've been down there, please don't, there are people out there who care - a lot. Things will get better-please believe that and get help like Zaf said. Believe it, a lot of us have been there and feel for you SO much! Life is SO SO HARD Sometimes.
