Hey guys and girls - I've decided after much thought, I need to take a break from the forum for a bit. I feel is not really helping my recovery at the moment purely because I am putting so much effort and energy into helping others - which is something I enjoy and please don't think I am trying to make myself sound like a martyr, because I'm not. But at the moment I simply feel I do not have the energy or enthusiasm and I am spening a lot of the time when I am not online, worrying about others who are suffering and trying to think of ways to help them when I should be focusing on myself.
This is a character flaw in me - to always try and be everything to everyone, so please don't take offence. I really hope that all of you find the help that you need and continue to support each other. At times I have found this forum amazingly helpful and supportive and all of you are so wonderful for helping and sharing your experiences and making each other feel like we are not alone in this. But, as I say, right now - I feel I have enough to do to focus on myself and getting better, otherwise I know I'm gonna be on that slippery slope again before long.
