My GP suggested Mood Gym - http://moodgym.anu.edu.au - to me which I have joined up with.  It looks a good site and is for British people as well as Australians.

How did you get on with this Ezel? (And of course anyone else that has had experience with it?)

My doctor recommended it for me thismorning, I have no idea what to expect.

I'm glad you posted as it did start well for me but then I had a bad bout of depression so it lapsed and I forgot about it.  From what I remember it does make you thinkso I am going to try again on it starting today.  It may help to encourage me to stick at it so when I have been back onto it again I will let you know what I think off it.

Just registered and started.  completed the warpy thoughts quiz.  I got mainly 16% and 9% on the last one.

It doesnt like the ipad, will have to do it when on a proper PC
