Another problem

Hey all,

Well last night my mother was taken into hospital, she has Crohns and was in extreme pain all day. I have to help my sisters with their kids and keep the house ticking over which is good because i'm busy but i'm still worried for my mother.

My meds seem to be working, still having trouble in the mornings though. It has been suggested by a friend that i may suffer from SAD which is something i need to discuss with my doc.

anyways, just felt like getting this off my chest.

Hi Will, sorry about your mum.  Please don't look it as a setback, but give yourself a big slap on the back.  You are being great at coping in a very stressful situation especially when you unwell.  Funny how I am  feeling a little better myself after taking a mid day walk in the day, it helps to get a little bit of the daylight on your face it only for 30mins.  Hope things get better for you and your family again well done

hey thanks guys, well my mother is ok but needs an op today.
could be a while before shes back home.
I wouldnt say i'm really an independent person, so i'm struggling abit.
My sister has decided to take the kids to childcare though i have to babysit now and then.
I feel abit selfish aswell, as i should be doing more.
