Hey everyone ☺, how’s it going?

My name is Jerimiah, and I wrote an eBook on meditation. I’ve had some really bad depressive periods that I didn’t know how to escape from.

Since those days I started meditating and focused on improving myself in various areas, and found many things that helped really reduce the depression I felt.

One of the most significant things that helped me with depression was indeed meditation. It helps to detach your emotions from your sense of self, so that you are less afflicted by how you feel. It gives you more self-control to implement healthy things that stave off depression, in and of itself it makes you happier!

I decided to write this eBook after pondering on what I could do to help others. How could I provide value for the world? I decided to tell people about how meditation can help various aspects of their life.

I’ve been mindfully meditating for 3 years now, and have amassed quite a bit of experience in this subject. I’ve seen first hand how it has massively helped me in many areas of life, including reducing anxiety, helping me become happier, more spiritual, cultivating peace of mind and of course overcoming depression.

Meditation and mindfulness are getting quite a reputation these days, and there’s many people who have heard of it’s effective in treating depression, but are confused about how, or where to start in regards to learning how to meditate.
