New Therapist!

So I have been having a very rough time with my depression for several months.  I have been without a therapist or psychiatrist for over 2 years...was  dropped from the clinic I was attending because of insurance cuts. I got proactive..which we all MUST do to take care of ourselves. I contacted a Rabbi I know from years back and met with him. He, in turn, contacted the Jewish Family Services. They called me, gave me the name of a therapist at their offices. I've met with her twice, and she's very nice and very good. I think that she's going to be really helpful.

That's good news that you got help via the Rabbi.  I'm glad you like the therapist which does help.
