Free Email Counselling?

Hi everyone I am pretty new here and have just posted another post but I was wondering if anyone knew of any free email counselling online or free telephone counselling, I think I need to work through my past which causes me so much pain still and is bad now.  Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've just read this as I've been out this evening.  I don't know of any counselling like that but I will try and remember to do some research tomorrow.

Have you contacted MIND?

That may be helpful as well as you can be assigned a support worker and of course it's free.
