Good shout, Craig.  I get low everyday but I always remember the help that is out there.

At my lowest it's the little things that keep me going such as the pets wanting attention.  They give me a reason to keep going as they rely on me to feed them.  If I wasn't about the other half would have to feed them but he knows I will so I got stuck with that job  :stirpot:

I struggle with "giving up" a lot and like you pip its the little things that keep me going... my dog is my life tbh, at my lowest point after my suicide attempts he kept me going... still does to this day I cant imagine how id cope without him.. some might see that as sad but I feel like his the only good thing in my life.

what are your dogs temperments like pip?

mine is always playful and well behaved, has such a funny character and does act a bit like a baby always wanting to be petted and loves being carried like baby cradled in your arms lol
there is another dog in the house too called shadow who is a mixture of a few breeds. collie, retriever and alsation. his an absolute mental case really protective and not really well behaved. when you stroke him he puts his face in yours and tries climbing all over you but his too big to carry :p

there both beautiful dogs i'll try and get a picture of them both on my profile eventually.

I remember that help is out there too its just fining the right type of help which I find hard... don't have much in place at the moment apart from fluoxetine... I have the doctors tomorrow im a bit confused what im going to say Im not sure if the pills are helping or if theres anything else they can give me to help me feel more motivated ?? I dunno ill see how it goes
