Dry heaving and anxiety
« on: August 02, 2013, 08:47:06 PM »
Does anyone suffer from dry heaving?

For the last 2 weeks I have suffered dry heaving in the mornings. This week has been the worst - every day I have worked I've been in the toilets by 8.30am. Today was the worst yet lasting from 8am-1pm.

I never actually vomit.

I'm back on diazepam for anxiety.
I am only me. That is all I can be.
No more, no less, don't second guess.
I love, I live, I laugh, I cry.
I've wished sometimes that I could die.
Some days I'm funny, others I'm not.
Sometimes I'm in overdrive, and I can't stop.
You may not like me, but that's ok, because this is me and how ill stay.
