That's the whole point, we were given the number for welfare rights and my husband rang them.  He got told someone would speak to us on the Monday and nothing happened so he rang late Monday afternoon to be told it was Tuesday not Monday.  It's now Saturday and we still haven't heard a word from them not even a letter.  I'm annoyed as we were told they could help

yeah i can sympathize withthat, its hard persevering when we have our own things going on but it does need to be done, at the end of theday if you wont fight who will, unless your lucky and you speak to someone who actually helps you have to keep on thier case.
