Hi, I am new here.  I am diagnosed cyclothymic and I care for my elderly mother who is bipolar.  This can be very challenging as you can imagine.  I also work full time so life can be complex at times.
I am a nanny to five gorgeous kiddies who keep me grounded and make life worth living.  0045

You sound like you are doing amazingly. It must be tough to have cyclothymia and also care for your mother. Plus holding down a job too. Well done you !
