day ended bad again!

Yet again my day started good and ended bad,now have massive migraine,sick of work,doctors,counciling and deppression,just going round and  round in circles.I dont think it will ever stop!

  Sorry to hear that Niz.  I'm sure everyone will relate to feeling completely weary of everything relating to depression..  When you think about it, in comparison to a physical illness, we do undergo time consuming treatment plans and even when we do go through "good patches", it can feel like walking on egg shells, waiting for the next attack!  I hope that, eventually, it all does stop...

Thanks for all your support,i dont dont expect answers from here but at least i can say how i feel,when i get like this it hits me with a thud its really knocked the crap out of me today and its putting a strain on my family.
