hi everyone
i'm quite mixed up at the moment, i think that's the best way to describe me. some days i can say 'i feel this this and this....' and other days i don't know how to describe how i'm feeling.

i snapped last week and left work at lunchtime and have since been to the doctor for help. i'm depressed.

if anyone wants to chat i'm a good listener.
