Hi there,

I've been overthinking for years to the point of head aches and anxiety. Feels like you've been banging your head on a wall all day. I tend to put some music on that seems to make me focus. I wouldn't mind some more tricks on this
Affectus, qui passio est, desinit esse passio simulatque eius claram et distinctam formamus ideam.

Emotion, which is suffering, ceases to be suffering as soon as we form a clear and precise picture of it.

Don't think ahead. If your making tea...it's all you focus on. Do the same with the next task.

Works for me day to day. If I think too far ahead I fall to bits.
I am only me. That is all I can be.
No more, no less, don't second guess.
I love, I live, I laugh, I cry.
I've wished sometimes that I could die.
Some days I'm funny, others I'm not.
Sometimes I'm in overdrive, and I can't stop.
You may not like me, but that's ok, because this is me and how ill stay.

Leo is right, try to focus on NOW and every time your mind wanders to the future bring it back to whatever you are doing

lol so sounds like me... I know I over think things and at times can snap myself out of it... more often than not I run away with my thoughts but I see it as trying to prepare myself for every eventuality.... whats so wrong with that? I also never believe or worry about things until they happen or are happening... then my feelings are justified.
”It’s always down to you and the choices you make. Work on the things you can change and never dwell on the things you can’t. You choose… ‘results’ or ‘excuses’ it’s always down to YOU… no one has ever given their BEST and regretted it. GO HARD NO EXCUSES.”
