Hi Catrina. It's important that you let somebody know that things haven't really helped you. It's often in the way of some of the Crisis teams to be in a rush to tick the box and try to pass you on. I'm glad that you realise how much your family would feel the loss if you weren't about to care for them, but YOU need to have a reason to get out of bed each day. I'm not disregarding your family, but you are the important one here. You must find the strength to tell your GP or this safe team just what is going on for you. It can help if you have somebody you can trust to accompany you and to talk about your problems to the medics, if you don't feel able to tell all. You are an important person who is perfectly entitled to try to get the real help that you so obviously still need. A quick fix might be a change of meds, and I truly hope that it works, but you mustn't just let it drop if your doctor tries this approach. If you don't feel that it is working, keep going back until they find a solution that does really help you. And remember - you're worth it! Best wishes.
