keeping a journal

I see some members keep a journal, I have been trying to do that for the past 2 months, trouble is nothing ever changer from one week to the next, I get fed up of writing the same twaddle all the time.
How do other members find it?

I personally find it helps me.  Sometimes I have nothing to write. But the kind replies I get from the lovely members here helps.

Hi Stewart.  +-_ Yes I agree with Shaz. It helps to get things out, and often the feedback from others sparks something. It's all helpful because the people here are non-judgemental and very supportive. If you're at all worried about writing the same sort of stuff, please know that most of my posts involve me feeling sorry for myself, and nobody has ever decided to give anything but support and understanding. Stewert... I agree.  Sometimes writing on somewhere like the Forum, you know other like-minded people are reading and sometimes feeding back their take on the situation.  Very often, it can save us from becoming too introvert and we tend not to repeat ourself just as often, fearing other readers will start to find it tedious.  So, there's a lot to gain from sharing.
