Is this normal?
« on: November 04, 2012, 12:32:27 PM »
Close to 3 weeks into meds crossover. After an initial good progress kick start, I have just had two low days where I am not sleeping very well and resisting the urge to spend the day in bed!
My dose of venlafaxin was increased on Monday, I am in the process of weaning off citalopram.
Is it normal that despite having such rapid positive progress today and yesterday felt like I was regressing?? Does it mean I am going to get worse do you think???

BEFORE YOU REACT, THINK
BEFORE YOU SPEND, EARN
BEFORE YOU CRITICIZE, WAIT
BEFORE YOU PRAY, FORGIVE

It's weird when it happens right??
I am glad I am not the only one!
I was knackered and fell asleep on the sofa for 2 hours from 4pm til now. Woke up feeling weird as a result! Think citalopram leaving my system is making me have lows and Buttercup is right, venlafaxin probs hasn't kicked in properly.
Thank you for the support people xx

Thanks Mat, I hope I can have a relaxing night too. Funny illness, feels like a plane journey and every now and again you hit turbulences and drop down a few thousand meters before climbing back up again!
