hi im junior, im not sure what to do on this forum as ive never use these before.
a bit about me.....................im not young but very old either,i have been low ( i dont like the word depressed) for a long time,my partner of 12 years 2 children later told me she want to end our relationship, i have had suicidal thoughts but never acted on them as thereis always someone around,i joined the forum to ask if anyone thinks i should tell her how im feeling as we are close, i still love her deeply but dont want her to feel like its all her fault if something happens

 ^&* this is a difficult question to answer.  There is a chance she already has an idea that you feel very low at times so maybe just telling her that for the time being may help.

thanks ezel, i do tell her if she asks that im just a bit low but i dont like to lie to her, i really dont know what to do  !???!
