How low can I go

Today I am feeling so low and feel as if going lower than ever have done. I don't like how I'm feeling and if someone says something I could easily cry. I'm snapping at people at work today but its the only place where I normally feel happy. I don't like how I am and feel like giving up but I can't. My head is all over the place and find people never understand unless been though it there selves. Guess I'm probably not making any sense as I type this but my head really isn't making any sense today. Wish I could see the light at the end of this tunnel but its so dark there xxx

Lozzie - it definetly makes sense. Its a horrible feeling and I'm sure one that many of us here can sympathise with. Are you able to get out for a bit at lunchtime, clear your head?  %^% x

Thank you, I've been taking few breaks today and what has annoyed me the most is since Sunday when I started feeling like I was going down hill I've started smoking again after quitting 4 years ago but at the moment it's the only thing I feel I can just relax for a few minutes.
I changed the time of day I take my tablets as used to take them at 5pm and found I was waking up 4 or 5 times a night now take them in the morning and only wake once or twice but I don't feel good in the day time like I used to feel.

A quick cigarette to calm you isn't the end of the world... you've had the stregnth to quit and you will have again, if it helps you to get through the day then I wouldn't beat yourself up about it.

Do you think the change in the time you take your medication has affected your mood?

There is definitely a light there but it can be a struggle to get to it sometimes  %^% %^%

Thank you both, yea since changing the time I feel I don't get any benefit from them apart from not waking up so many times in the night xx

There is a light but sometimes it takes us a while to find it as Zaf says  %^%.
