Myers-Briggs
« on: October 02, 2012, 05:22:27 PM »

Hi,

Has anyone explored Myers-Briggs personality type theory in their therapy, particulary with regard to stress management and work.

I was "typed" years ago and very recently, and I'm an ENFJ. Apparently our type is very prone to depression because we're so sensitive.

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread...

I scored as an INFJ .... Apparently that means I am creative, prone to being an introvert and would be suited in a role where I care for or support other people. Pretty much spot on then! :P

Did you get suggestions for job types Hopeful?

xx
This too shall pass.

Hi M,

Not sure it's my career per se that the problem, but the environment. I found a great book called "Is that really me?" about stress and types, which is spooky in it's accuracy. Would recommend for anyone interested in exploring this more.
