another hopeless day

I have no idea where to post this, so if it's in the wrong place I apologise.
It's just a bad day I guess. I just want to sit here and cry, crawl back into my bed and never get up again. No sleep (again) and crappy day to day stuff.

Listening to Comfortably Numb- maybe not the brightest choice but it helps me a lot. Music is such solace on the bad days  :)

Hi, I just joined today and can relate to what you say about looking for ideas to make you happy.

I was so self motivating before and laughed and was happy. After a series of stressful events over a few years I think it finally got too much and I became very anxious. Had help with that but then this depression started and I have no coping mechanism at all as ive never experienced it before.

I totally understand how you feel....its hard as family friends dont understand and then you starting to think...am i normal? its hard but one fing that i have got out of this is time is a big healer and it will pass :)

Thanks for the replies- been a while since I've had a a chance to pop on here.
I've been lucky and had a few much brighter days but those are gone again.... worry and stress...
