I am the same. Some nights I don't sleep at all. The doctor has given me tamazapam to be used once or twice a week when absolutely desperate for sleep.

Same.  Towards the end of the week I'm like a zombie and all clarity of thought is out the window.

As regards sleeping I used to experience sleep paralysis. That was a really scary experience when you feel awake but can't move your limbs. However, I haven't xperienced those recently.

My GP gave me sleeping pills to take when desperate. I used to really struggle staying awake from 5pm onwards. I also tried Kalms and Lavender scents. They stay in my room all the time and it really helps.
