Hey.

I was first diagnosed with depression last May and have been on medication since then. I find it really difficult to talk to people close to me as they can not empathise with me and alot of what I say just worries them or makes them feel awkward. This is where I am hoping you can relate to me and maybe we can support eachother.

I am really pleased to have come across this forum and having read some of your stories its a small relief that there are other people who have been in my position.

I have so much time for every single one of you.
