Hi, I'm new here. Have been depressed on and off since I was a teenager. This time I've been on ADs since the start of the year. For various reasons I'm feeling very alone at the moment, and things are happening that I don't know whether are part of depression or not, but make me feel crazy and / or melodramatic. I don't know quite what I'm trying to say or where I'm going with this, I don't seem to know much these days...! Just.... Hi, this is me. Ocean.

  Hello Ocean, I'm new here too and really understand what you are saying.  The hardest thing about being depressed is the lack of understanding from others. If you have a physical disability, people are much more able to understand. Thats why forums like this are helpful. All the best from Canada.

I'm not too bad, Ocean, thanks.  Pleased you feel a touch better.  That's one of the worst things about depression; up and down like a flippin yo-yo...
