Random Crying
« on: June 18, 2010, 01:07:00 PM »
For the last month or so i just keep crying at everything! I'll be feeling fine and then suddenly I'm crying over something really stupid, like not being able to find a matching sock. Sometimes there's not even anything wrong at all, i'll just suddenly get the urge to sit and sob. It goes away again and i feel normal again afterwards.
I'm not on any medication at the moment. Anybody else just suddenly well up?  :'(

Hi Stormhead,

I understand completely, when my depression was at its worse I would cry a lot too, and like you it would be over the little things. But its not stupid, its just the way your mind is working at the moment. I don't know about you, but when the littlest of things would go wrong I would have the 'the whole world is against me' sort of attitude! I don't know if thats how you feel, but thats what was going on in my head at that point!

And crying when theres not much wrong is normal too, sometimes you can just feel really down for no reason at all!

I would recommend you visit your GP about things, theres a lot of things that can help, trust me :)
I'm here if you need somebody to talk to though in the meantime!
Take care x
