Hello everyone.

My name is Mikey

I have been reading posts on here for weeks. You are all nice people.

I have such along story to tell. I don’t know where to begin. Does anyone care?

I feel like I cant do this anymore, Over the years I manage to lift myself up and start again, just to get knocked back down again.

I try so hard to keep everyone happy. And when I fall I am always on my own..do i drive pepole away? i must do.

This is the sixth week off work again and still no better. I cant fight anymore.

The days seem like weeks just sat here on my own, no will to move.

I am taking 30mg Mirtazapine at night to help me sleep along with Zopiclone. Five weeks now. I just sit here all day waiting, crying for night time to come. Because taking these make me sleep so i forget how sad and lonely I feel for a while.

Am I such a bad person? I must be…How may more times do I need to hurt and feel this way?

Hello and welcome to the forum :). You are not a bad person you are ill. So please do not beat yourself up about it. Maybe you should go back and have a chat with your Dr about how bad you are feeling. He/she will maybe tweak or change your medication. Not all meds work for everyone. Sometimes we have to try different ones before we find the one that helps. S x x x x
