I do hope so, I am coming off my medication at the moment and am a bit worried when i stop all together, i am half way through! doctor gave me a 3 month coming off plan

Its best to come off slowly, the first time I did it terrified me but my GP monitored it carefully and it was OK, unfortunately it looks like I might be on meds for life now

oh no!  but i suppose one way of looking at it is that its helping you, and my thoughts are if it helps me i will take it. its just the thought of having to rely on something

I will if I have to, if I had a heart condition or diabetes I'd have to so I look at it in the same way
