new and nervous

Hi everyone

I am new here and very nervous, iv suffered from depression for many years and go up and down like the wind, at the moment im off my medication though im off to the GPS today as i think i need them again, im struggling again and finding it hard to get up in the morning (or any time of the day) feel sick alot and cant be bothered to eat, i take tramadol, co codamol and paracetamol just to see me through the day, and thats not good, black thoughts of death haunt me and the only time i feel release is when im asleep. sorry to be so negative but im at the stage of being lost forever, i cant stand these feelings and so want to be normal again all i want to do is function normally and return to work. this is the first time iv written anything down and hopefully this will be the start to becoming well again.
