Its crazy the amount of sleep ive had over the last 2 weeks nearly, Im normally a night owl and can easily stay up till 1-2am, now i cant make it to 8pm without feeling exhausted... maybe its the AD's, maybe its not Im not sure tbh xx

Depression does make you exhausted. Its a horrible illness. I have found I need to rest and not to do to much (easier said than done some days). S x x x x
