I'm new

Hi there, I am here to try and help my family and my husband really. I'm tearing their lives apart. I've ruined my own life and now they have finally hit rock bottom with me. They don't know what to do anymore and it kills them to know I might not be here tomorrow or the next day, or the day after that. I, without a doubt know I'm a lost cause but I need make them understand it too.

Help me.  *^*

Hi and welcome. I think we are all guilty of taking it out on our nearest and dearest and that they don't know what to do. I hope this forum helps you and them too

Hi, new here too.

I too worry deeply about how I'm effecting those I love around me.

Joining up here was a good move, you can maybe talk about some of the things that you are better off not saying to your loved ones. People here will understand where you are coming from.
