Not gonna lie I think the bad weather really doesn't help with my depression - i feel even less like wanting to go out so, please, please Mr Sunshine Man send out the Sun  $%$

I suffer from SAD as well as 'normal' depression and I know a few hours of sunshine can make the world of difference to me.
