Hi everyone $£$

Im new here, iv bee suffering with depession, anxiety, panic attacks and have self harmed over the years.

Im struggling with who i am and have always but iv learnt to deal with stuff better as iv got older and learning techniques and talking and trusting a little more but im still got a long way to go.

Im always around if anyone need a chat or anything and i look forward to getting to know you all and hope we can all help and support each other
