Hi-new here

erm hi :) im not really sure what to say, but here goes.

im a female, in my teens, and have had depression on and off for the last two years. it was ok for a while but ive had a relapse of it. i struggle with self-loathing which makes me self-harm.

i guess i just am tired of letting people in my life down and thought it may help joining like-minded people who can relate.

im always here for people, feel free to contact me (if thats possible?) if you need help or are struggling.

^^its not very well structured because im tired and a bit jumbled up, but it will have to do :)
