does anyone else who suffers with bad depression on here, suffer from too much sleep ? all i tend to do is go to bed for hrs on end as i feel better that way, rather than sit in house

Yeah I had that when my depression was at it's worse! Now I'm suffering from lack of sleep  :-\ Weird.

And yeah I agree, sleeping does make you feel better, especially if you're having a really bad day. Maybe you could try getting into a sleeping routine every night? Then you might not sleep as much x
