It seems very quiet yet there appears to be loadsa members online. I sudddenly had this vision of everyone secretly chatting and hiding away from me!!   Weird how my sick mind thinks!!!!

Mugwort is a herb I pick from the hedgerows, I burn it on a charcoal incense burner, the smoke is calming and should help me sleep.  Ive got some myrrh on it as well as I like the smell :)

I dont know how healthy it is to smoke, I usually make smudge sticks which smoulder but I ran out and the plants arent ready to pick yet so I bought some loose from ebay and burn it on charcoal discs.

Yes totally legal as far as I know

Its a very recognisable plant shaz but I never use anything unless I'm absolutely sure what it is; for instance cow parsley is edible but a close relative which looks very similar is poisonous so I leave the whole family alone.

It says in wikipedia that you can smoke it cat

They do me, a friend who is a herbalist runs hedgerow herbal classes from time to time, really great fun and incredibly interesting, she's in south norfolk if you think you might be interested I'll find her web site and send you a link, she and her husband are incredibly knowledgeable and lovely people too :)
