My name is adam, im 25 from Redruth, Cornwall UK

My therapist has me joining a few forums as part of my self help bit while i wait for CBT etc, theres not that much to say, i have agoraphobia, stress, anxiety and depression brought on from a nervous breakdown, i have an online diary of sorts ive recently started, http://adzcriz.blogspot.com (nothing rude etc in it, clean and safe) it has a better detail of what im going through, so feel free to read etc

Thankyou, i find it helpful to put pen to paper with how im feeling etc, its the first time that il actually let others read it, bit nervous about opening my thoughts to others but its helping me get it off my chest

I have three blogs which are set to private (had my reasons *() ) atm but will have public again - that I haven't posted on for ages - which are adoption related.  It surprised me that I got so much interest when I first got messages about them.  From my own experience it wont surprise me if you get quite a bit of interest as it will help others in a similar situation.
