Hi There....

I never had much confidence but right now it is down to minus zero. No real idea why exactly but at least I have done something positive today and joined this forum.
Sorry, feel so down tonight that I just can't think of much to say (but I not always like that!)

Hi,

I'm new too but can't think how to start my own topic so thought I'd join in yours...hope you don't mind!

I've suffered with anxiety for about 3 years but in the last 6 months have been struck with depression as well, I'm frustrated because everything seemed to be going so well I started a new job which I love and getting married in August. I haven't told my future hubby how I'm feeling...he helped me massively with the panic attacks but I feel awful guilt that he won't understand the depression and that he will be hurt that with the wedding coming up that I'm somehow not happy with him etc...

Just need some people who understand I think

Many thanks!! Have had quite a good day but amazing how depression can strike out of the blue, do others find this happens for no good reason?

Oh yes, no triggers but wham  :(.  Depression isn't choosy when it hits us, its such a horrible illness.

I also love your avatar, I have 2 cats, just wish they would use a nail file instead of the stair carpet  ^&^

Happywannabee I totally understand, had an awful day yesterday but today felt fine...can't believe how quickly my mood and mind-set changes with no obvious reason?! glad you've had a good day too!

Pip, I love your pic, looks just like one of mine!
