Hi Everyone!

Hi guys,

Just thought I'd say hello, since I've already spent some time looking around the forums!

About me? Well I'm 29 years old and have been dealing with depression for as long as I can remember. Despite this it's only been in the last couple of years that I've sought any kind of help. I can't really explain why - I guess having never felt any different made it hard to realise there's a reason for the way I felt? Sometimes you can only see these things with hindsight eh?

Anyway, I've been through CBT, councelling, medication (on Citalopram for the second time at present) and I'm currently seeing a Pysychologist regarding my depression.

Since starting the meds and Psyc sessions I'm starting to feel better, but still got more more questions than answers - but hey, I guess thats life!
